About Cleraty
Practical AI literacy for organisations

Cleraty OÜ is an Estonia-based company focused on helping organisations across Europe build practical AI literacy. We believe AI literacy is about more than knowing how to use AI — it also means understanding its limitations, risks, responsibilities and ethical implications.

The EU AI Act introduces AI literacy requirements under Article 4, but knowing that a requirement exists is only the starting point. Organisations also need to understand how AI is being used, what risks employees may encounter, what training is needed, and how these activities can be documented.

Cleraty provides practical resources to help organisations build this foundation — from self-paced AI literacy training for employees to a Management Guide & Toolkit for implementing and documenting AI literacy practices.

Our approach is practical and accessible: helping organisations use AI safely, responsibly and ethically, without unnecessary complexity.
